Delivery and Returns
Delivery
We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK. Our postage and packaging charge is currently £3.95 per order whatever the size. We offer free delivery for all orders over £99 (not including delivery). Bracelets and personalised gifts are delivered via Royal Mail and favours and accessories are delivered via courier.
Personalised gifts (engraving is an optional extra)
Engraved gifts are normally delivered within 10 working days from you placing an order but please do allow up to 14 days. They are delivered via Royal Mail. Our current charge for engraving is £3.99 per item and this will be automatically added to the cost of your gift. If you do not require engraving then just choose the no engraving option.
Favours, candles, brooches/ribbon slides, confectionery, wedding accessories and table placecard holders
If the items ordered are in stock we can get them out to you within 2 - 3 working days (excluding Saturday or Sunday). For items not in stock we aim to deliver within 10 working days from the day you place an order but please do allow up to 14 working days for all orders especially for personalised label favours.
If you require the items for a specific date then please do allow for this when ordering and make sure you order well in advance or we suggest you email us first with your requirements before placing an order to confirm whether the item is in stock; this avoids any situation where we can not get the item out to you in time.
They are delivered via courier and the driver will require a signature on delivery so please ensure you put an alternative address in the checkout process should you not be available at your home address for delivery (i.e. work address). Please note that if the driver can not deliver (and they will attempt up to four times) your items will be returned. In this case you will have to pay to have them returned to you at a cost of £5.95 (including an undelivered courier charge) and an invoice will be sent to you via Paypal. Your parcel will only be re-delivered once this charge has been paid.
Jewellery bracelets
These can be delivered within 2 - 3 working days except for orders placed on a Friday (these will be posted out on the Monday). They are delivered via Royal Mail first class.
Watches
These are normally delivered within 10 working days. They are delivered via Royal Mail.
Returns
All goods remain the property of Favours With Sparkle until full payment has been received, especially in the case of bulk orders made via our online order form. Orders will be treated as binding when payment is made. We will not accept any responsibility for any damage/shortage unless advised in writing within 2 working days of receipt of purchase.
Damages
Items are securely packaged in bubble wrap, padded envelopes or boxes so damage during postal transit is unlikely. In the event that you should receive damaged goods on delivery please notify us with 24 hours via email if possible and no later than 2 working days, after which time we will not accept any responsibility. Any damaged items should then be returned within 7 working days of receipt, in original packaging if possible and no later than 14 days.
Refunds
- we cannot accept refunds for any personalised engraved gifts or favours as these cannot be resold so please ensure any details you give us is correct and free of mistakes.
- we cannot accept refunds for any confectionery due to health and safety reasons
- refunds will only include your original P&P charge if the goods sent by us were faulty before being posted (this includes mistakes on our part).
- if you are returning items with no damage (i.e. have changed your mind during the cooling off period) then the original P&P charge will not be part of your refund.
In the case of all returns, send the original order (including the delivery note if there is one) back to the address listed on the packaging they were sent in - this return address is printed as a sticker on the envelope.
If there is no return address on the envelope then email us and we will contact you with the address to sent it back to. Recorded Delivery is suggested as your items are covered by insurance and we can only issue a refund if we receive back the goods in their original state.
Please note that for the return of all favours, candles, brooches/ribbon slides and place card holders, we only accept whole parcel returns (i.e. you cannot just return one or two items).
