Payment
Payment is made via Paypal which is a secure online system.  Please note that you do not need to register or have an account with Paypal to pay.  Most credit and debit cards are accepted.  Payment is taken externally to this site and we do not have access to your credit/debit card details.  You will also receive a payment confirmation email from Paypal.
 
Delivery
Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail First Class or courier - we currently do not deliver outside the UK.  The postal charge will be listed separately on the order and shown at payment checkout - it is currently £3.95 per order.  We offer free delivery on orders over £99 (not including delivery).  Please note that if ordering some gifts and favours in the same order, they may  arrive in two separate parcels but you will not be charged any extra postage.  It may be necessary to split orders up due to different timescales but please refer to the delivery times listed in the Delivery And Returns page.
  
Engraving charge for personalised gifts
Our current charge per item is £3.99 and this is automatically added to your order when a font style is chosen.

Returns
All goods remain the property of Favours With Sparkle until full payment has been received. Orders will be treated as binding when payment is made.  We will not accept any responsibility for any damage/shortage unless advised in writing within 2 working days after receipt of purchase.  In line with the 'Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations', customers by law have a cooling off period of 7 working days from receipt of the purchase.  Should you wish a refund during this time please advise us in writing and preferably via email, and no later than the 7 working days has expired; exceptions to this rule are for any gifts that have been personalised or engraved - no refund will be given for such purchases as these have been made to your personal specification.
 
Damages
Items are securely packaged in bubble wrap, padded envelopes or boxes so damage during postal transit is unlikely. In the event that you should receive damaged goods on delivery please notify us with 24 hours via email if possible and no later than 2 working days, after which time we will not accept any responsibility.  Any damaged items should then be returned within 7 working days of such notification in writing to us, in original packaging if possible and no later than 14 days.
 
Refunds 
Engraved Gifts and Personalised Favours
We cannot accept refunds for any personalised items as they are made to your personal specification and therefore cannot be resold.  Please make sure that when ordering such gifts, you supply as with the correct details at the time of ordering as we cannot accept any responsibility unless the mistake was due to an error on our part.
 
Confectionery
We cannot accept refunds for any confectionery due to health and safety.
  
Favours, Candles, Brooches/Ribbon Slides and Table Placecard Holders
Refunds will include the orginal postal charge you paid if the goods sent by us were deemed faulty before being posted to you.  Please note that for any products bought with a minimum amount will have to be returned to us in whole and the order not split.
 
If you are returning non faulty goods (i.e. you changed your mind and did not want the item(s), then you will have to pay for any return postage.
 
In the case of all returns and to honour your refund you must send the original items (including the delivery note) back to the address listed on the packaging they were sent in - this return address is printed as a sticker on the envelope.  If there is no return address on the envelope then email us and we will contact you with the address to send it back to.  Recorded Delivery/Signed For is suggested as your items are covered by insurance and we can only issue a refund if we receive back the goods.
 
Damages
We will not accept any responsibility for any damage/shortage unless advised within 2 working days of receipt of purchased items. Items are securely packaged in bubble wrap and padded envelopes so damage during postal transit is unlikely. In the event you should receive damaged goods please notify us within 24 hours via email if possible and no longer than 48 hours after delivery; after which time we will not accept any responsibility.

VAT
Favours With Sparkle is not VAT registered and prices quoted are the price you pay.
 
Product Disclaimer
While we make every effort to fully describe our products accurately, from time to time colours and designs may vary slightly but this is usually rare as all items are carefully checked before packing.
 
Privacy Policy
To understand your needs we require a certain amount of information from you. The information we hold on you is kept up to date and is used to enable us to process your order. From time to time we may also use it for our own analysis purposes to help us improve our service to you the customer. We will not at any time pass on your details to any third parties. We abide by the ‘Data Protection Act 1998’.
